Chennai: Aavin, the State’s apex milk cooperative, has increased the sale of milk by 7 lakh litres in the last three years under the DMK government with the milk sales going up from 23 lakh litres in 2019-20 to 30 litres now.
The State Minister for Dairy Development, R S Rajakannappan, said that Aavin had recently introduced Green Magic brand of milk with enriched Vitamin A and D for the welfare of the people on an experimental basis.
