Rahul Gandhi's friendly remark on Stalin's X post evokes netizens' interest

Chennai: A video of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin cycling at the Beach in US posted on X, prompted Congress MP Rahul Gandhi to respond in a friendly manner.

Rahul Gandhi, a fitness freak, quickly posted: "Brother, when are we cycling together in Chennai?" indicating both political and literal meanings.

It shows Rahul's Congress is ready to continue it's alliance with Stalin's DMK for the upcoming Assembly elections, scheduled in 2026, too. The Congress and DMK forged an alliance during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu.

At the same time, it also shows Rahul's interest in going for cycling along with Stalin in Chennai.

The interesting conversation between the two leaders made a few netizens also to join the conversation.

One of the netizens said "RaGa & Stalin cycling together in Chennai will break the internet".

Another X user remarked: "what a great bond between these two brothers!"

In the video, Stalin is seen riding a modern bicycle, colored white and sky blue, wearing a black jacket. He rides the cycle smoothly, with the sun setting, beyond the waves, in the background.

Stalin captioned the video: "Evening's calm sets the stage for new dreams."

The TN CM signed several MoUs with companies regarding their interest to set up shop in the state.
