Hyderabad: Two more accused in the attack on Chilkur Balaji temple head priest Dr C.S. Rangarajan were arrested by the Moinabad police on Sunday. They were sent for judicial remand on Monday.
According to Moinabad inspector G. Pavan Kumar Reddy, the two accused have been identified as — Shiva and Tata Babu — both residents of Vizianagaram. The two had also joined the society of Rama Rahjya over financial assurances.
The arrest and remand of two more accused brings the number of accused arrested to 20. All the accused have been remanded and lodged at the Chanchalguda jail. However, six more accused are yet to be arrested.
