Hyderabad: A 25-year-old software employee died when his two-wheeler was hit by an autorickshaw in Gachibowli. The victim, Prathiba Chand, a Vizag native, was working as a software engineer in a company in Masjidbanda limits. He was returning to his hostel after work when the autorickshaw carrying milk sachets collided with Pratibha’s bike. He suffered severe head injuries to which he succumbed while being rushed to a nearby hospital. He was not wearing a helmet, police said. Police detained the autorickshaw driver.
