ACB searches in residential school
NIZAMABAD: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials conducted searches at the Government Social Welfare Girls' School in Kotagally on Tuesday. Following complaints about the maintenance of residential schools, ACB officials carried out inspections across the state.
The officials verified the food items, essential commodities, and other materials at the residential school. Student unions have alleged that the budget allocated for the maintenance of residential schools is being misused by hostel welfare officers and other officials. ACB officials also checked the prescribed menu and its implementation in the residential schools.
