Adluri Laxman Releases TGSWRJC CET Results; 18,401 Students Selected
Admissions deadline set for June 7; over 45,000 applied, 39,000 appeared for entrance test

Social Welfare Minister Adluri Laxman on Friday released the results of the TGSWRJC CET-2026 at the Secretariat, with 18,401 students selected in the first phase for Intermediate first-year admissions.
A total of 19,740 seats are available across 229 Social Welfare Gurukul junior colleges in the state, offering courses such as MPC, BiPC, MEC, CEC, HEC and vocational streams. While 45,357 students had applied for admissions, 39,052 appeared for the entrance test held on the 15th of this month.
The minister said that students selected in the first phase must complete their admissions by June 7. He noted that students and parents have immense trust in the Gurukul institutions and directed officials to maintain high standards.
He also assured that measures have been taken to prevent incidents like food poisoning from recurring and said action had been taken against those responsible for past lapses.
