AIMIM Dissolves Its Bodhan Town Committee
Nizamabad: In preparation for the upcoming local body elections, the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) dissolved its Bodhan town committee on Wednesday. The decision was taken following directives from AIMIM chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, said AIMIM Nizamabad district president Mohammad Fayazuddin.
AIMIM Nizamabad city president Mohammad Shakil Ahmad Fazil, general secretary Mohammad Shabaz Ahmad, and others met with district president Fayazuddin on Wednesday to formalise the decision. The AIMIM district committee also consulted MLA and Nizamabad district in-charge Ahmed Bin Abdulla Balala regarding the dissolution.
District president Fayazuddin stated that a new committee for Bodhan would be appointed soon, with the aim of strengthening the party's base in the area. Bhainsa municipal chairman Mohammad Jabir Ahmad and others will oversee the formation of the new committee.
AIMIM Nizamabad city president Mohammad Shakil Ahmad Fazil, general secretary Mohammad Shabaz Ahmad, and other party leaders were present during the announcement.
