Aurum Equity To Set Up USD 400 Million Centre in City

This strategic decision builds on their initial plan to invest $50 million announced last year. The company has now decided to establish a cutting-edge AI-powered data centre designed to cater to both hyperscalers and enterprises, with a total investment of $ 400 million.

Speaking after the meeting, Revanth Reddy said that they were happy that Aurum has decided to build the centre in Hyderabad as it would also create jobs.
Venkat Bussa, chairman and CEO of Aurum Equity Partners, stated that their next-generation data centre framework had been designed to bridge the digital divide between rural and urban India.

“This initiative will make government services such as e-seva, e-payment, and e-education accessible to all, supporting our mission to connect every corner of the nation,” he said.

This investment underscores their commitment to further India’s digital infrastructure, ensuring that both urban and rural areas have equal access to essential government services, he said.
