BC Azad Youth foundation seeks Shah’s apology
KARIMNAGAR: Jakkani Sanjay Kumar, national president of the BC Azad Youth Federation, demanded Union home minister Amit Shah to apologise for insulting Dr B.R. Ambedkar in Parliament. Speaking to media in Karimnagar on Thursday, Kumar highlighted Ambedkar’s important role in shaping India’s Constitution and economic policies.
Kumar emphasised that Ambedkar’s contributions empowered millions from marginalised communities and were essential to India’s development. He questioned Shah’s disregard for Ambedkar’s legacy, particularly his work on the country’s financial system.
Criticising the BJP-led Modi government, Kumar accused it of promoting arrogance and inequality under the guise of religion. He warned that the BJP would face repercussions for their actions and reiterated the demand for Shah to issue a public apology in Parliament.
