Nizamabad: A motorcycle rally was held in Nizamabad on Thursday to promote road safety awareness. District collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu and district judge Sunitha Kunchala flagged off the rally at NTR Crossroads. As part of Road Safety Awareness Month, the transport and police departments jointly organised the event. Policemen and civilians participated in the rally, which traversed major thoroughfares across the town. Addressing the gathering, officials emphasized the importance of wearing helmets on two-wheelers and fastening seat belts in four-wheelers, urging the public to prioritise safety and caution.
