BJP MP Arvind Asserts 2029 National Polls Will Be With 33% Quota For Women

He said that the women’s bill will also benefit women in increasing their numbers in the seats reserved for the SC and ST communities.

NIZAMABAD: MP Dharmapuri Arvind described the Women’s Reservation Bill as a historic milestone in the country’s history. He asserted that the 2029 Lok Sabha elections will be conducted with 33 per cent of the seats in the parliament reserved for women.

Addressing a press conference held at the BJP office in the district headquarters on Sunday, he said that the women’s bill will also benefit women in increasing their numbers in the seats reserved for the SC and ST communities.
“Increase in the women’s participation in politics will reduce corruption,” the BJP Lok Sabha member declared.
He criticised Congress leaders for trying to use the Women’s Reservation Bill for political gains. He maintained that the bill has been introduced not for political purposes. It clearly reflects the BJP’s commitment towards women’s empowerment.
Arvind clarified that there is no alliance between BJP and BRS. He went on to allege that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy is funding K. Kavitha’s party. He said there are attempts to divide people along caste lines.
The Lok Sabha member predicted that there will soon be large-scale defections from the BRS to BJP.
Those present at the MP’s press conference include National Turmeric Board chairman Palle Gangareddy, BJP state leaders Medapati Prakash Reddy and Sravanti Reddy, district president Dinesh Patel and corporators.
