Hyderabad: In yet another setback to BRS, Chevella MLA Kale Yadaiah joined the Congress in the presence of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy in New Delhi on Friday.
All India Congress Committee (AICC) Telangana incharge Deepa Dasmunshi welcomed Yadaiah into the party. A few days ago, BRS Jagtial MLA M Sanjay Kumar and Banswada MLA and former Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy joined the Congress in the presence of Revanth Reddy.
Even as the former Chief Minister and BRS president K Chandrashekhar Rao is holding a series of meetings with the party MLAs at his farm house in Erravelli in Siddipet district, the MLAs continue to shift their loyalty towards Congress.
Sources said more MLAs were expected to join Congress in the next few weeks.
