TGSRTC bus driver lost his life in accident
Yadadri-Bhongir:A TGSRTC bus driver, Sk Saleem, died, and six passengers were injured when the bus collided with a parked lorry at Choutuppal on Monday evening. Saleem worked with the Nalgonda depot.
Police reported the overspeeding deluxe bus, en route to Hyderabad from Nalgonda with 40 passengers, hit the stationary lorry on National Highway 65. Choutuppal police retrieved the driver’s body trapped in the cabin and shifted the injured passengers to a Hyderabad hospital.
The accident caused a 1-km traffic jam on the Vijayawada-Hyderabad route. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
