Hyderabad: A car lost control and plunged into a pond in Keshampet mandal of Rangareddy district on Sunday.
The driver, Malleswara Rao from Shadnagar, was returning from his poultry farm in Vemalanarva when the incident occurred.
The car veered off the road and fell into a nearby pond. Villagers who noticed the accident rushed to the spot and safely rescued Malleswara Rao. Fortunately, the pond was shallow, and he escaped with minor injuries.
Upon receiving information, the police arrived at the scene and retrieved the car using a JCB.
An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.
