Clean Air for All: TGPCB Observes National Anti-Pollution Day
Hyderabad: Telangana Pollution Control Board (TGPCB) on Monday observed National Anti-Pollution Day at Dr B.R.K.R. Government Ayurvedic Medical College, with the theme of ‘Clean Air for All’.
Dr W.G. Prasanna Kumar from TGPCB addressed the impact of vehicular
pollution on health. Dr Upul, a postgraduate scholar, highlighted the role
of medicinal plants like neem, tulasi and amla in air purification and water
treatment. Dr Upul also explained how trees like mango and peepal absorb
carbon dioxide and improve air quality.

public transport.
