Congress has not fulfilled even one pre-poll promise: BJP

Hyderabad: BJP spokesperson N.V. Subhash charged that the Congress government had not fulfilled even a single promise from the six made to people during the Lok Sabha elections but introduced five new liquor brands.

Addressing a press conference along with Kishore Poreddy, Subhash said that people of Madhya Pradesh have opposed the liquor brands from Som distillers, allegedly owned by Digivijay Singh by stating that people who consumed the liquor from Som distilleries faced a number of health issues.

Stating that the state ministers have been acting as per their independent agenda, Subhash said that seed sellers have been openly selling fake seeds in the market and the government has no control over them. The government is ignoring farmers but is focusing on inviting Sonia Gandhi for the formation day celebrations

Kishore said that the Karnataka government had handed over the phone tapping case to CBI, but the Revanth Reddy government is not showing any interest to expose those involved in the snooping case in Telangana.

He regretted that Revanth Reddy, who had earlier demanded CBI enquiry into Kaleshwaram scam, is now saying that he has no trust in CBI probe. This kind of doubletalk is possible only in Congress, he said.
