Congress is raising merger talk to divert attention from 6Gs, says Bandi Sanjay

Sanjay, speaking with mediapersons on the sidelines of a private function, said that the Congress leaders were in need of BRS MLAs for the continuation of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. Hyderabad: The BRS is an outdated party. Union minister of state Bandi Sanjay on Sunday said that the people were so frustrated by the BRS and its leaders like K. Chandrashekar Rao and K.T. Rama Rao that they would pelt stone at anyone taking their names. Responding to speculation of the pink party merging with the BJP, he called the BRS outdated.

Sanjay, speaking with mediapersons on the sidelines of a private function, said that the Congress leaders were in need of BRS MLAs for the continuation of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. He pointed out that the CLP had previously merged with the BRS; now the BRS Legislature Party was heading towards the Congress in phases.

“BRS will merge with the Congress. Congress leaders are naming the BJP to know the pulse of the people. The BJP is in no way interested in merger with a corrupt party like the BRS,” he said. The Congress was trying to divert attention away from the non-fufilment of its Six Guarantees, Sanjay said. He claimed that women were not happy with the free bus travel scheme, and wanted the promised 10 grams of gold and two-wheelers for girl students. Employees were seeking timely payment of DA, interim relief and promotions.

Sanjay claimed that the Revanth Reddy government extended the farm loan waiver benefit to only 22 lakh farmers though 64 lakh farmers were eligible.
