HYDERABAD: A 36-year-old police constable, who was posted at Filmnagar police station, died by suicide by hanging from the ceiling fan at his residence at Asmangah locality in Malakpet police limits on Wednesday. The deceased was identified as Janawath Kiran.
According to the police, when the family members went out on Wednesday, Kiran took the extreme step, and hung himself from the ceiling fan at his residence. The parents, who returned home by afternoon, noticed Kiran hanging to ceiling fan and informed the police. Police suspect that family issues could be the cause of his suicide by death.
