Nizamabad: The body of CPI (ML) Prajapantha Mass Line district secretary Karnati Yadagiri (82) was donated to the Government Medical College in Nizamabad on Sunday. Yadagiri passed away due to ill health at his residence.
After resigning from his government job, Yadagiri joined the CPI (ML) party four decades ago and dedicated his life to serving the downtrodden, including labourers and bidi workers in the undivided Nizamabad district.
Following the recent passing of his wife, Yadagiri’s two daughters and son, who are also involved in social movements, honoured his wish by donating his body to the medical college.
