Hyderabad: Credai Hyderabad on Tuesday celebrated its silver jubilee commemorating 25 years of reshaping the real estate sector into an ethical, professional, and innovation-driven industry.
On this occasion, Credai honoured its founder members for their visionary leadership and commitment. Credai Hyderabad has consistently collaborated with the government to frame progressive policies, including frameworks like GO-86.
It also introduced innovative measures such as adopting advanced technologies to streamline approval processes, enhancing the ease of doing business, and ensuring transparency.
V Rajashekar Reddy, president of CREDAI Hyderabad, said, "As we celebrate the 25th anniversary of Credai Hyderabad, we worked with the governments of the state to develop a forward-looking policy framework that protects the interests of both the customers and developers, advocating the adoption of technology to streamlining the approval processes. Credai transformed the city into a national leader in residential, commercial, and retail real estate that have turned Hyderabad into a hub for real estate investment.

Jaideep Reddy, president elect of Credai Hyderabad, said, Credai conducted several campaigns to caution home buyers against purchase of pre-approved projects available for sale and advise them to only purchase RERA-approved projects which safeguard the interests of home buyers and keep their investments safe.”
