Hyderabad:The Telangana High Court will on Tuesday pronounce orders in the quash petition filed by former minister K.T. Rama Rao, in which he sought setting aside the FIR filed by ACB in relation to the alleged scam in the Formula E –race agreements.
Justice K. Lakshman will pronounce the orders at 10.30 am. He had reserved orders on December 31. Earlier, the judge issued interim orders in the quash petition, directing the ACB not to arrest Rao till the final judgment was pronounced.
Hence, the pronouncement of the judgment will decide whether Rao can be arrested or not.
