Dr. Reddy’s Sets Guinness World Record with Largest Brochure Mosaic Installation

Hyderabad:Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories (DRL) said it had set a Guinness World Record for creating the largest brochure mosaic (logo) installation, covering 162 square metres. This installation is part of the company's 'Glycemic Happiness' awareness initiative for patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus. The unveiling ceremony was held in Hyderabad. Swapnil Dangarikar, senior adjudicator, Guinness World Records, handed over the citation to the representatives of DRL.

The initiative highlights the importance of psycho-social wellness in the holistic management of diabetes. Dr Reddy’s collaborated with leading endocrinologists and diabetologists across India to develop the 'Glycemic Happiness Scale,' consisting of 10 questions, which categorises patients as unhappy, neutral, or happy based on their responses.

The scale has been shared with over 7,500 healthcare professionals across India. DRL said a majority of them found the scale useful, with over 6,200 using it to benefit more than 30,000 patients.
