Hyderabad: The task force team of Commissioner of Food Safety conducted inspections at The Chocolate Room in Madhapur on Friday. Food articles like mocktail syrup, icing sugar, rosemary leaves and chicken breast strips were found expired and hence discarded on the spot.
The inspectors found unlabelled food articles like beans and thai curry sauce. The outlet was not able to produce pest control records and medical fitness certificates of food handlers when asked. It displayed the receipt of the licence instead of a copy of the FSSAI licence.
