Hyderabad: Former minister and BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao appeared before ACB in connection with the Formula E Race case on Thursday. He was accompanied by his counsel Ramachandra Rao.
Reports suggest that the investigation is being carried out based on the statement provided by IAS officer Arvind Kumar and recorded information.
The High Court on Wednesday permitted his advocate to watch interrogation through a glass window of the library in ACB building here at Banjara Hills.
On January 6, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, ACB, Hyderabad, issued a notice to KTR directing him to appear before him on Thursday at the ACB office. However, Rama Rao requested the court to allow his advocate to accompany him as expressed apprehension of the ruling Congress party influencing the inquiry process.
