Four Booked for Threatening Flat Owner in Hyderabad
“We booked cases for insulting modesty, voluntarily causing hurt and criminal intimidation under sections 79, 115 (2), 351 (2) read with 3(5) of BNS,” the SHO said.

Hyderabad: Police have registered a case against four persons for pressurising and issuing threats to a flat owner. The four accused also claimed that they have the proximity to the late gangster Bhongir Nayeemuddin.
Saidabad SHO Raghavender told Deccan Chronicle that cases have been registered following complaint filed by Errolla Anuradha, a resident of Sri Lakshmi Apartment in Karanbagh. “In the complaint, it is alleged that the accused were threatening her for the last two years using the name of the gangster Nayeemuddin and also putting pressure on her to vacate the flat where she is staying.”

The complainant and victim Anuradha, said, “P. Srihari staying in the same apartment along with his family members has been threatening us to sell the flat. They are also stating that they are associated with late gangster Bhongir Nayeemuddin . When I refused to bow to the pressure, the accused threatened to eliminate me and my family members.”
Further Anuradha said that Srihari along with his wife, son and daughter barged into her apartment flat and pressurised us to sell the house. “They also attacked my son Shyam Sunder Reddy, and son-in-law Santosh,” she stated.
"We are checking Srihari and his family members’ background. A counter case has also been filed and the investigation is underway," the SHO added.
