Hyderabad: The state government on Thursday released Rs.310.5 lakh to restore the left bank canal of Nagarjunasagar which had suffered breaches during the recent rain.
The government released a GO based on the reports from the engineer-in-chief (operation and maintenance), Hyderabad, giving approval for emergency restoration of the breach to the canal near Kagitha Ramachandrapuram in Nandigudem mandal of Suryapet district.
