Future City To Be National Model: Ministers

Sridhar Babu said that a decision would soon be taken regarding the inauguration of the Future City Development Authority office by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on June 2 or 3

Hyderabad: Ministers Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and D. Sridhar Babu on Thursday said the ambitious Future City project being developed by the state government was shaping up to become a model for the entire country.

The ministers inspected the ongoing construction of the Future City Development Authority (FCDA) office building and the Skill University in Future City.

Speaking on the occasion, they said the government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, was developing the project with state-of-the-art infrastructure keeping future needs in mind.

They noted that the Skill University would emerge as a hub for education, skill development and employment generation. The FCDA office, they added, would help accelerate urban development works in the region.

The ministers also directed officials to ensure that construction is completed with high quality standards and within the stipulated timelines.
