Hyderabad: Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) Venkoba was caught red handed by Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) when he allegedly demanded and accepted a bribe amount of Rs.50,000 from a complainant to record the measurements in the MBook for the completed work.
The ACB officials said the tainted bribe amount of Rs.50,000 was recovered from the possession of Venkoba and his fingers yielded positive results in chemical test.
