Rescue operations are to be intensified, with instructions for the deployment of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) teams and the use of helicopters if required. The minister further directed officials to ensure an uninterrupted supply of electricity and drinking water, as well as to maintain unimpeded movement for the public.
