HMDA’s Mokila Layout E-Auction Draws Massive Response; Over 200 Bidders Attend Pre-Bid Meet

Hyderabad:More than 200 prospective bidders attended a pre-bid meeting organised by the HMDA for its proposed Mokila Layout ahead of the e-auction scheduled on June 29 and 30. The meeting, held at the project site, was aimed at familiarising bidders with the layout, development works and auction process.
Deputy Collector Y. Sudarshan outlined the key features of the project and responded to queries from participants. Chief Planning Officer A. Ravinder Reddy explained planning aspects and proposed development in the layout. STC representative Siddarth briefed participants on registration procedures, participation guidelines and the e-auction process. Superintending Engineer Appa Rao provided details of the infrastructure and development works being undertaken at the site.
