Hyderabad:A 19-year-old girl has been missing from her house in Khairatabad since Friday, prompting the police to register a case. The girl has been identified as Supriya.
According to the police, Sunita, the mother of the girl originally from Nalgonda district, has been living with her two daughters, Divya and Supriya, at Gandhinagar in Khairatabad since her husband passed away. While Sunita stays at home, her elder daughter Divya works in a private job and her younger daughter Supriya pursues degree course.
“On Friday, Supriya informed her family that she was going out to search for a job and never returned,” the police confirmed.
Concerned about her safety, her family reported her missing at the police station. “We are collecting all the possible technical evidences to track her location,” said DI P. Naresh.
The police have registered a case and are investigating her whereabouts.
