Hyderabad: Hyderabad is gearing up to host the 37th Hyderabad Book Fair, a treat for book lovers, at Telangana Kala Bharathi NTR Stadium between December 19 and 29. The much-awaited event will run daily from 12 pm to 8 pm, offering a wide range of books for readers of all ages and interests.
The organisers are setting up stalls and making arrangements to ensure a seamless experience for visitors. Speaking about the preparations, one of the organisers said, “This year, we are expecting a larger crowd and we are making arrangements to host more stalls and activities.”
“Stalls would be offering a minimum of 10 per cent discount on books and other products and many stores would be making other exciting offers. The food stall, as always, is being set up outside, giving a complete experience to visitors”, the organiser said.
The annual book fair, which is conducted every December, has become a cultural and literary hub in Hyderabad and is one of the city’s most popular cultural events. The fair not only hosts stalls selling books but also organises panel discussions and book launches, with academicians, delegates and important personalities speaking at the venue.
