Hyderabad on the global growth path: CM Revanth at APTA meet

HYDERABAD: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy stated that Hyderabad is on the global growth path, driven by a series of major infrastructure and developmental projects initiated by the Congress government.

Addressing the American Progressive Telugu Association (APTA) global business conference held here on Saturday, the Chief Minister stressed Hyderabad's transformation into a global city and its potential as a hub for investment and development.

Highlighting its status as a global destination, Reddy said, "Hyderabad is a global city. There are many opportunities here for investment across fields such as cinema, business and politics. Hyderabad offers abundant potential to each of them."

The Chief Minister outlined key infrastructure and developmental projects that his government is spearheading to bolster the city's appeal. These include the Musi River revival project, metro rail expansion, and the development of future city, AI city, and skills university. He also mentioned plans for a sports university, an EV (electric vehicle) hub, a green energy hub, and the regional ring road.

“These initiatives aim to ensure Telangana attracts maximum investments, fosters economic development, and generates employment opportunities for many people,” he said.

Reiterating the state government’s commitment to progress, he stated, "We are moving forward with a clear policy. Our aim is to make Telangana a beacon of growth and prosperity."

In a compelling appeal to investors, the Chief Minister urged global participation in the state’s development.

“Come to Telangana, invest in Hyderabad and Telangana, and be partners in shaping the future of our state,” he said.
