Hyderabad: In a hit-and-run case, a woman sustained multiple injuries when a speeding car hit her while she was walking on the road in Vanasthalipuram on Sunday.
The incident occurred in front of Vivekananda Park. After hitting the woman and the driver hit another parked car before fleeing. The woman is stated to be critical, police said.
The accident was captured in a CCTV camera installed at a shop and police have reportedly identified the car through its registration number and are making efforts to get the driver. A case of rash and negligent driving was registered against the driver.
