Hyderabad: Based on a tip-off, Gachibowli police arrested three persons who tested positive for drug consumption at a party in TNGOs Colony, Gachibowli, on Tuesday night. Gachibowli inspector S. Anjaneyulu said the arrested persons had been identified as Arun, Aditya and Sai Praveen.
A total of 18 people, 12 men and six women attended the party and police recovered around 40 kg of dry ganja from the spot. However, only three tested positive, with one of them, Aditya, being the party's host.
A case was registered under Section 27 of the NDPS Act on the three persons and Sections 222 and 292 of the BNS on other attendees.
