Police said the document is fraudulent, deliberately created to mislead the public.

Hyderabad:HYDRAA lodged a complaint with Hyderabad Cyber Crime Police against the circulation of forged and fabricated notices falsely attributed to the High Court Chief Justice, the Chief Minister, and the HYDRAA commissioner through social media platforms.
In the complaint, R. Sudershan, SP (Admin), stated that a fabricated notice purportedly issued in the name of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court is being circulated on social media and digital channels, including a Facebook link. The acts prima facie attract offences under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for forgery, impersonation, cheating, and criminal conspiracy, besides violations of the Information Technology Act, 2000 concerning misuse of electronic platforms.
