Hyderabad: In a statement released on Wednesday, HYDRAA stated that it will introduce a Complaints Day every Monday starting in January 2025 to take public issues such as encroachments on ponds, canals, and parks. The sessions will be held at Buddha Bhavan, with senior officials available to resolve complaints.
The state government also released Rs 50 crore to HYDRAA for establishment of offices, purchases of vehicles and payments of bills related to demolitions and others.
