Hyderabad: General insurer ICICI Lombard on Wednesday launched its new health insurance product ‘Elevate’, which is powered with artificial intelligence, in Hyderabad.
The product offers personalised plans which prioritise comprehensive coverage and flexibility. It will be available for people aged 18 years and above.
Among others, the policy allows an add-on feature called ‘infinite claim’. It implies that the policy will not stop at the base sum insured but cover the entire medical expenses incurred. This will come handy in cases where the medical expenses incurred are way above the sum insured. However, this facility can be used only once during the lifetime of the policy.
The product offers no-claim bonus annually. “The Elevate product is customisable. It is backed by artificial intelligence. We have just launched this product and are getting good response,” said Vivek Srivastav, head, health agency, ICICI Lombard.
