Nampally Court.
Hyderabad: Justice K. Sujana of the Telangana High Court on Monday extended the interim bail of N. Bhujanga Rao, A3, in the phone-tapping case, until December 23, on medical grounds.
Earlier, the Nampally court had dismissed his petition for an extension of interim bail and directed him to surrender before the court on November 14. Bhujanga Rao challenged this order before the High Court on the same day through a lunch motion petition. Since then, the High Court has been extending the interim bail of the petitioner from time to time.
