Hyderabad:Former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy approached the CBI court seeking permission to go abroad from January 11 to 15. He submitted that it was a personal visit to Europe. Reddy is on conditional bail in cases filed by the CBI in relation to quid pro quo cases. He has to take permission from the CBI court to go abroad.
The CBI court heard the petition on Friday and issued notices to the CBI to file a counter.
