Kamareddy MLA complains to HYDRAA against companies encroaching tanks
Hyderabad: Kamareddy BJP MLA Venkataramana Reddy has lodged a complaint with the HYDRAA commissioner, Ranganath, against five companies accused of encroaching on tanks.
The MLA met with Ranganath at Buddha Bhavan in Hyderabad and expressed his concerns about the illegal construction activities taking place on these encroached lands. He warned that if the government fails to address the issue, he will approach the courts.
Reddy emphasised that five companies have been granted permission for construction despite the illegal encroachment on tanks. He demanded action against the officials responsible for issuing these permissions.
Furthermore, the MLA stressed the urgent need for stricter legislation to curb land encroachment effectively.
