Khammam: District collector Muzammil Khan announced on Friday that special measures have been implemented to ensure the issuance of educational and other certificates to those who lost them in the recent floods in Khammam.
Speaking at a meeting in his chamber at the district Collectorate, he said he had communicated with officials from examination boards like SSC, the Board of Intermediate, and universities to facilitate the reissuance of educational certificates to those affected by the floods. More than 10,000 families have been impacted by the recent flooding in Khammam.
Special camps will be set up in flood-affected colonies to receive applications for caste, income, and other certificates, which will then be processed by various departments. He assured that the certificates would be issued as quickly as possible.
