Khammam: A 27-year-old youth from Khammam was shot dead in Chicago, United States on Saturday morning.
The victim, identified as Nukarapu Sai Teja, was a native of Ramanagutta village in Khammam rural mandal. He had traveled to the US four months ago to pursue an M.S. degree.
The parents of Sai Teja were received information from US that their son was shot dead. A pal of gloom was descended over Ramanagutta after information about the death of Sai Teja reached the village.
