Hyderabad: Without Sonia Gandhi, there wouldn't be a Telangana state for the next generation either, said minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy.
Speaking in the Assembly on the first day of the Winter Session, the minister highlighted that it was the day the formation of Telangana state was declared, fulfilling the dreams of four crore people.
He criticised the opposition parties for opposing the Telangana Thalli statue. He noted that in the past decade, there were no water, no funds, and no jobs.
Instead of showing appreciation for the installation of the Telangana Thalli statue by engaging in the Assembly, the opposition parties are protesting outside, he remarked.
