Hyderabad: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) National Kala Utsav, part of the Rashtriya Ekta Parv celebrations, concluded with a spectacular cultural festival at PM SHRI KV Picket on 13 November.
The three-day programme concluded with an award presented to the winners of various competitions, Jaipur region won in vocal music, Kolkata region in instrumental music, Bangalore region in dance, Ernakulam region in theatre art, and also in traditional storytelling.
A standout moment of the event was the Telangana dance performance, which captivated the audience. The event’s valedictory ceremony was graced by Brigadier Shailendra Singh, Commandant AOC and VMC chairman, who delivered an inspiring speech about India's rich cultural heritage.
P. Anuradha, assistant commissioner of KVS, RO Hyderabad, welcomed the guests, while Roopinder Singh, principal of PM SHRI KV Picket, along with several other principals, event organisers, coordinators, and dignitaries, attended the event.
