Hyderabad: Planning Board vice-chairman G. Chinna Reddy on Thursday called for leveraging modern technology like artificial intelligence and machine learning to get rid of pests. He was speaking at a two-day national conference, ‘Rapid Advancement Plant Pathology and Innovative Approaches in Disease Management’ organised by the Prof. Jayashankar Telangana Agriculture University (PJTSAU), Indian Phyto Pathological Society and Deccan Society of Plant Pathology.
