BJP MP Arvind Dharmapuri said that Congress veteran leaders -- MLC T. Jeevan Reddy and MLA P. Sudarshan Reddy should act as per their seniority and age. He said both leaders were making false statements against the BJP and stooping to a low level. Reacting to comments made by Congress leaders at the Nizamabad LS constituency level meeting held here on Thursday, Arvind released a video saying that Jeevan Reddy did not have any faith in the people of Jagtial district and eying on Muslim votes, he contested from Nizamabad LS constituency. Jeevan Reddy is a known leader in Karimnagar district, but hoping to get 3 lakh Muslim votes in Nizamabad he contested here, Arvind said.
Bodhan MLA P.Sudarshan Reddy is threatening district officials regularly, BJP MP said. Arvind Dharmapuri found fault with Sudarshan Reddy for directing officials not to use tiles in toilets of government schools. The MLA insisted officials use red oxide with cement plastering, which shows his dishonour to the poor family children, he said. MP suggested Jeevan Reddy and Sudarshan Reddy retire from politics or follow decorum in politics. Arvind thanked the voters of Nizamabad for giving him a 1.1 lakh majority in LS elections. People voted BJP to support the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said.
