MBBS Students Donate 91 Units Of Blood At OMC

Hyderabad: To commemorate World Blood Donor Day, the Medicos Blood Donors Club of Osmania Medical College (OMC) and MBBS students donated a total of 91 units of blood at the Osmania General Hospital (OGH) on Tuesday. Among the donors, 20 were women and 71 were men.
The effort was led by K Shiva Sai, a fourth year MBBS student and his team. Medicos Blood Donors Club of OMC said it took up this humanitarian cause to strengthen the hospital's blood reserves and promote voluntary blood donation.
