MIM Plea Over Shab-E-Barat Fete in Karimnagar
urges proper arrangements at all Muslim burial grounds and mosques in Karimnagar.

Karimnagar: Ahead of the holy month of Shaban and Shab-e-Barat celebrations, including Jagne-Ki-Raat on February 13, MIM district leaders, led by President Syed Gulam Ahmed Hussain, submitted a representation to Assistant Commissioner Venu Madhav. The appeal urges proper arrangements at all Muslim burial grounds and mosques in Karimnagar.
Deputy mayor Abbas Sami emphasised the need for special lighting and fully functional street lights at cemeteries during the night jagran, ensuring that worshippers can observe the celebrations without hindrance. He noted that such preparations are a routine practice for the MIM.
The representation was supported by MIM leaders Syed Barkat Ali, Khamaruddin, Ateen, Ibrahim, Akhil Firoz, Shariffuddin, Ali Bab, Azhar Dabeer, Sajid, Majid, and Hussain.
