NCC AP & Telangana Hosts Key Group Commanders' Meet
Hyderabad: The NCC Directorate for Andhra Pradesh & Telangana hosted a pivotal group commanders’ conference at its Secunderabad headquarters. The conference, presided over by deputy director general, Air Commodore V.M. Reddy, served as a critical forum for evaluating both the successes and challenges faced by the directorate in its ongoing efforts to nurture and train cadets.
The event was marked by a comprehensive review of the directorate’s achievements, with a special emphasis on identifying areas that require improvement. A key focus of the discussions was the preparation for significant upcoming events, including the All India Thal Sena Camp, the All India Vayu Sena Camp, the All India Naval Sena Camp and the Republic Day Camp 2025. These prestigious events are considered milestones in the NCC calendar, offering cadets nationwide the opportunity to showcase their skills and discipline.
During the conference, proposals and corrective measures were thoroughly examined to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of cadet training. The group commanders explored strategies to ensure that the upcoming camps not only meet but exceed the high standards set by the NCC.
